Definitely good Ramen. Maybe not Japan good but glad they have the vegan options. They had Soy, vegan Tonkatsu, and spicy miso for options when I went.

Service was nice and options are clearly labeled but I found the ramen to not be very tasty. They use konnyaku noodles for the vegan bowls which are not very tasty imo. They were also out of the spicy miso and the shoyu that I got instead lacked depth. Good to have the option I guess.

Ramen is something I really enjoy and I was super excited to find a place that served a vegan variant. While there aren’t a lot of vegan options, there are enough ways to change up your order and get some variations.

Yummy but limited options - Edit
Vegan options are NOT labeled on the menu. The miso ramen can be made with water but you must ask specifically for this. That said, the veg miso ramen was DELICIOUS! We started with the spicy edamame which had a rich soy paste and garlic - it was outstanding. The kimchi was also good.
