I liked how there were more vegan options but I ended up just getting the impossible burger and sweet potato fries, both of which were so good! The atmosphere is great too.

THE GOOD
You get consistency in the food, which is excellent! A ROUND OF APPLAUSE TO THE KITCHEN! Busy or not, the flavor, texture, and temperature are just beautiful! I did have to add salt to the Vegan Chili-Cheese Crinkle Fries because if there's a good vice to have is to salt to the perfect point. Actually, the salt DID bring the flavors together, because unless you LOVE bland food the right point of salt makes it YUM! The Frozen Margarita with Volcanic salt at the rim tasted pretty good, even if the presentation was fugly...
THE BAD
Rainy Friday night at 7:00 PM at this point, if you want a table you must wait for 15-20 by the bar, no problem because by the time I came from the restrooms, the table was ready for me. Shortly after, a couple was sitting next to me and we both were waiting awhile for at least a glass of tap, while one scans the menu. The waiter showed up, she nicely answered a question regarding the Vegan chili over fries. She was "that's it?" Perhaps she was expecting me to eat more or spend more but I didn't think much about it until after the passing of time, I notice she was a transactional type of server.
At this point, I've lost count of how many times I've come here, and as my former review shows, and yet a waiter that often works with me ignores me. At first, I thought he is just busy or thinking about, he is just looking straight ahead but at least three times that was where I was in his peripheral vision pretending I was not sitting there. Maybe is the frozen margarita that is skewing my perception but other than being annoying, but just strikes me odd someone who appears to be nice and smiles would go a 180 degrees change without any reason whatsoever. Experience-wise, I felt a downgrade, even if everything else was well done. Even with the mediocre service, after I tipped and had my coat I wanted to say thank you and she was like, you can leave the check at the table is fine. And I am OK, no problem, this was just a transaction for you. Bye.
THE BEST
There is this lady in her 50s, the one who brought me water (not my waiter) and then always kept refilling. She was so attentive, removing plates or if an object was obstructing. I mean, I truly hope that the tipping structure in this restaurant is pool based because I tipped focusing more on what she did.
Pros: Delicious seasonal drinks, Great vegan patties
Cons: Service quality isn't consistent, Waiting times, Lack of customer care for returning clients

This is a very popular burger place that offers a few vegan items (though note: what they label as, for instance, "vegan chile" uses dairy--so you need to double-check).
Read moreI asked if they cook their vegan items on a separate grill, and they were honest: they told me that vegan and meat items are cooked in the same oil. Since this makes me squeamish, I went somewhere else. You might not mind this as much as I do, or might be able to convince them to cook the vegan items separately—but if you feel as I do, note that there are other very good places nearby (for instance, Bareburger cooks their vegan items on a separate grill).
