Bean to bar chocolate maker using organic, natural and fair trade ingredients. Uses vegan sugar with no bone char and has some truffles and several bars that are vegan. Also has a vegan ice cream bonbon made with whole food ingredients. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-6:00pm, Sat 10:00am-5:00pm. Closed Sun. Check Facebook for holiday hours.

Lady working counter was so friendly and knowledgeable let me sample different products
