This is the best vegan/vegetarian food I've had outside of Lima. The vegetarian section of the menu is quite extensive, and the owner is super friendly and accommodating. He also speaks English so it was very easy to get things made vegan. The prices are high compared to normal Peruvian food, but so worth it. Mango ceviche and mushroom lomo saltado were fantastic and the chef really knows how to use herbs and spices. It was the first place I could get to make my food really spicy too. Don't miss this place, great atmosphere, great service, awesome food.
