This is one of the better vegetarian restaurants in Sao Paulo. There are many choices, although few are vegan, and they don't have coffee. I ate there with a group of 6 people, and everyone really liked it (including several non-vegetarians). Service was excellent.
I visited Cheiro Verde again in March 2015 and was even more impressed than on my first visit a few months ago. This time I ate downstairs in the main part of the restaurant and it was very relaxing. The food was wonderful, although the vegan selection is limited and requires leaving off the cheese. So, I still would give this a 5 cow rating for vegetarians but only 3 cows for vegans.
