the strawberry ice cream is to DIE FOR!!! i tried a few of their flavors and this was absolutely the best flavor i tried. my hubby got the khalua almond fudge and oreo and he loved they both. im not a huge fudge person so i didnt dig the khalua flavor but oreo is always a safe option, it was really good. their homemade waffle cone was freaking amazing though, not like your typical waffle cone, but so much better. lighter and nore flavorful i think. anyways i wish i had this place up in phoenix!!!! ahhhh so good 10000/10
We stopped by this shop for a treat and it was so delicious! We got the rocky road, raspberry vanilla swirl, PB Cup & cookies & cream. They were all delicious! We will definitely visit here again when we are in town!
I have been to Cashew Cow a handful of times. I really like how cool it is inside, it helps when outside feels like Satans kitchen. The staff has always been pleasant and professional with me. The “ice cream” is a bit expensive but I know how much cashews cost so that’s expected. I’d recommend this place.
Delicious ice cream with numerous flavors to choose from all made fresh in house. Wow! This ice cream has half the sugar of regular ice cream so go ahead & get that extra scoop! 🍨
What a great find! All the flavors start with a cashew milk base (which we prefer to soy or almond). We each ordered a flavor: buttercup, maple walnut, and cookies n cream, and none of us could pick a favorite since they were all quite tasty. A real treat for vegans, plant-based eaters, and even those just lactose intolerant.
We just had our first Cashew Cow experience. We got the maple walnut, chocolate, and some waffle cones. Both flavors of the ice cream were EXCELLENT!! The cones are crispy and thick enough that they won’t get soggy as the ice cream melts. We will definitely be back.
In the mood for non dairy ice cream? Look no further! Cashew Cow has many options all of which are incredibly satisfying. Unsure if you’ll like a flavor? Ask for a sample - you can try as many flavors as you’d like😄we ordered two scoops and a shake and loved every bit!
I got the Raspberry Vanilla Swirl and it was very good! My two other friends got, banana chip, and cookies and creams and they said theirs was good as well !! Nice and clean inside. Love this cute little creamery!!
I lived in Phoenix and would look forward to work trips to Tucson so I could go to cashew cow! The texture, flavor, and creamy was in their ice creams is amazing! Can’t wait until next time I visit.
Delicious, smooth, creamy, dreamy vegan deliciousness. I had a single scoop and was able to get 2 flavors, so I tried the cinnamon and the green tea. They were both yummy.
The place is very simple and sleek, and they only do cups and larger containers to go. There is no need for any frills when the product is this good though.
I don't know how there are bad reviews on this place. I've had a lot of vegan ice cream and this is the best option for hard serve vegan ice cream. They have lots of different flavors that you can try first before purchase. My omni family loves it too; tastes like dairy ice cream. The maple walnut is my favorite!
So disappointed. Not very flavorful and my husband's had a freezer burn taste. I ditto the other reviewer- should have gotten So Delicious from grocery 😕
I've been an ice cream lover for over 40yrs. Just started going Vegan and realized I don't get ice cream anymore! Cashew Cow is an amazing alternative. I can hardly tell the difference! And it's all made fresh, in house. 2 delicious thumbs up!
We went on a Tuesday afternoon so I guess that's why they had only about 8 flavors, and no chocolate! I tried walnut and coffee flavors. They were good, nothing outstanding. My husband had chocolate mint and cookie dough. The mint was overpowering.
I found out about Cashew Cow recently, so we have only visited twice.
Both times we were very happy
Nice people and great "ice cream" made from Cashews !!
I wanted to love it. I really, truly did. I ordered the Raspberry Vanilla Swirl; I was so excited to dig in! I was so disappointed after the first taste, so I tried a few more, but I could not shake the fact that this ice cream tasted like bacon! I thought I was tripping... I had my travel partner try it and she said the same thing; it tastes like bacon! (Mind you, I haven't had bacon since I was a small child.) It was the weirdest thing I have ever experienced. I could not finish it and no one else wanted it so we threw it away. I love the So Delicious cashew flavor, so the cashew isn't the issue. Maybe it was an old batch? Not sure, but I will go back (the next time I visit Tucson) and try another flavor just to make sure.
Aside from the bacon-flavored ice cream, the employees were inattentive. A lady, who looked as if she could be a manager or owner, kept talking to the younger employee while she was trying to assist me; she never acknowledged me as a customer. That was off-putting. Again, maybe it was an off day, so I'll give them another shot and I will update accordingly.
A vegan ice cream parlour in Tucson? Heck yeah! - Edit
This place is amazing. Sweet? Yes. Health food? Well...not necessarily, but we all have a sweet tooth once in a while, right? My favorite is the salted caramel, but they don't always have it. My favorite that they usually DO have: kahlua almond fudge. DIVINE.

Cashew-based ice cream with lots of inventive flavors. The texture is somewhat gritty but resists quick melting
