disappointed

we arrived during the market which by no means can be marked as local. it's mostly foreigners offering some kind of self made jewelry. at least during our visit, it was loud and the natural setting was pushed into the background. for us, nature does not need loud guitar music.
the attached store has some interesting items but feels a bit overpriced.
the restaurant offers good food, but is also expensive.

overall, we expected more, especially after the overwhelmingly positive ratings. the experience might be different without live music or at some other time - for us, it felt more like a theme park with a well designed green seating area.

Pros: Good food, Store

Cons: Pricey, Feels like a theme park

Must visit!!

Caoba Farm is definitely a must visit when in Antigua. One can take a walk in the organic farming area, practice yoga (classes Wed-Sat in the morning), enjoy live music and of course a nice meal. They reopened, but only Fri-Sun and the menu is a bit reduced with only ~3-4 vegan options, but others can be made vegan. So many food items are made in house, e.g. the brownie made of beans or the tomato juice. The market on Saturday is also worth visiting with, they offer artesanias, but also some vegan food items (like salsa picante, cacao...). The store (open Mon-Sun) sells organic produce, but also cosmetics, kombucha, tofu, cocoghurt, granola, coffee..... Caoba Farm is one of the priciest locations I know, but it's definitely worth it.

Pros: Organic products, Lovely setting in the middle of nature

Cons: Few vegan dishes, Restaurant only open Fr-Sun atm, Quite pricey

Best place !

Such a lovely atmosphere! They have different vegan and gluten-free options. We had the pizza and the vegan gluten-free BROWNIE with ICECREAM. It was so delicious and there is nature all around. Highly recommend this place!
