Lovely restaurant, lots of vegan options

I had the tempeh scramble which was nice but nothing special. I would have liked to try their Indonesian mains instead which looked really nice. They're very vegan friendly which I love and the view at the back is quite nice. Staff were friendly and service was quick.

Great views

Beautiful views and clean restaurant. Has a beautiful vibe overall but food wasn't anything special. Scramble tempeh was nice. Pizza was served a bit cold and didn't have a distinct flavor. Avocado toast was also ok.

Great vibe

Loved this restaurant! They have some tables in the back facing rice fields and some of the tables were you don't have chairs and can nicely relax (no idea how to call them). We loved the view, the vibe, and the food! So delicious and portion sizes were quite good. Pricier than a traditional warrung but for great service, two mains, a smoothie, a juice, water and a dessert we spent only 350K.

Pros: Best vibe, Great portion sizes , Great food

Great vibes and great food

I loved the vibe, crystals everywhere and the decor was nice. Great views of rice fields. I got the tempeh mushrooms on toast was super tasty!
I did actually see a rat run across the ceiling however I still rate the food super high and the vibes. Back home a rat would bother me but I still enjoyed my food a lot.

Pros: Delicious, Crystals , Views

Cons: Spiders in toilet, Rat in the kitchen

Really nice view over rice fields

The restaurant itself is super cozy with great views in the back! The food and drinks we tried were good, nothing special though. Would come back mainly for the view!

Go for the tempeh scramble

Have been here many times, and the food has always been nice. I pretty much always order the tempeh scramble now as I love tempeh. There is a large menu with plenty of vegan options and a cute little shop at the front of the cafe.

Pros: Plenty of vegan options, Amazing view, Reasonable prices

Cons: Serves meat

Amazing delicious food

I went to this place because the other place I wanted to go to was closed and I couldn’t be happier!! The food was really tasty and delicious and the milkshake was just yummie. Would give five stars if it was completely vegan!

Pros: Yummie delicious food, Nice staff, Fair prices

Small portions, bad GF bread, beautiful place

Vegan potato rosti was tasty but extremely small for the price. So then I ordered a GF avo toast with feta. The GF red rice bread was terrible even by GF standards. About 25% of the avocado was so underripe it was uneditable. The lemongrass kambucha was good but also overpriced. The Wi-Fi literally doesn’t work.

Beautiful place and scenery though.

Nice

They have quite a few vegetarian and vegan options on the menu, and nice view on a rice field at the back. They also sell local craft beer which is always nice 👍

Nice Balinese vegan food in Ubud

I got to my hotel pretty late, and this place was open, so I tried it. At first glance from the street it looked more like a store selling lotions and gifts, but on closer look there are tables in front and the rear for eating. I was very pleased with my meal.

Pros: Good vegan Balinese food, Open late

Beautiful setting with food to match

In such a beautiful setting overlooking the rice fields we hoped the food would match the view. We weren't disappointed as everything was fresh, vibrant and served with a smile. I would highly recommend a visit for vegetarians, vegans and carnivores as they cater really well to many dietary types.
The coconut-crusted fish was flavoursome and my partner couldn't finish it all such was the serving size for a starter. My sweet potato and corn balls were perfectly portioned mouth-sized bites with a mild salsa that left me wanting more. The pad thai was delicious although the organic chicken was a little dry. My breakfast burrito (served well past lunch) hit the spot and barely left space for dessert.
Just finding room though, we opted for the strawberry sorbet which had an unfamiliar and slightly unpleasant taste, and a vegan mint choc chip gelato which was out of this world good. I would go back just to eat that again, and then take some home. I may have over-ordered with the mini spiced apple crumble but it went down well with the gelato.
The drinks, two juices with soda water, were refreshing although they didn't come with the sugar syrup as mentioned on the menu. Not too much of an issue as they were reasonably sweet on their own.

Pros: Plenty of veg and vegan options, Reasonable prices, Great views over rice field

No LONGER Vegetarian

Food is very expensive even by western price. We have eaten here twice. We noticed fish on the menu we came back today and now half the menu is full of death, including pigs, chicken, many types of fish. Very few vegan options

Pros: They understand what vegan is.

Cons: Another hippy selling crystals that goes on about , Good engry while selling dead bodies. , not so spiritually enlightened!

Amazing food in a nice location

We had breakfast at Atman Noursih Kafe and really enjoyed it. They had an extensive vegan menu that wasn't too expensive. Definitely a recommendation.

Relaxing cafe experience

Set on the main road, the cafe is quite serene inside with quirky day bed style seating. There is also a small shop inside selling crystals, jewellery and yoga items. The food is quite good, however the portions are on the smaller side. Service was friendly - having said this there are a few fruit flies around. Nice options for a light breakfast

Pros: Plenty of options , Reasonable prices, Clearly marked vegan options

Cons: Small portions , Fruit flies

Good place if traveling with non-vegans

The salted caramel ice cream was really good! Their curry wasn't the best and their pad Thai was really oily but still tasty.
There are so many better places for vegan food in Ubud, but a nice place to go to if you're traveling with non-vegan friends/family.

Take care

We had the vegan pizza which was great. The Vegan Palak Paneer (with tofu) was just a spinach soup with rice. We had some sweets the day before when we went by, and had a carrot cake. We were told that it is vegan, and on the next day eating there discovered it was not, it was a lie 😪 so at least take care with the sweets and hopefully they don't lie with the other foods. Eg. The apple strudel cake is marked vegan in the menu, but vegetarian in the display (it is not vegan!).

Good for quick bite

I came here sometimes for quick bite.
I always order small herb and garlic pizza it's good size for one person.
I can enjoy to see rice field with good food.
The menu is normal, not creative menu, but so many type of dishes.
Next time I want to try some sweets.

yes and no

the place looks really cute, it's definitely my vibe!
they have lots of savoury and sweet vegan and glutenfree options.
i got a recommended dish: tempeh tofu and lentil salad with peanut sauce.
it's a small dish with just a few pieces of tempeh, tofu and not that many lentils. it's mostly leafy greens, but also not a lot. the peanut sauce is not enough to cover the salad(but very tasty).
i ordered a side of red rice to give it some more substance.
i'm a bit confused in what it is i pay for with this dish because it's the same price as a full meal.
i bet they have way better meals so i would come again to try other stuff.

Pros: good ambience, lots of vegan and glutenfree options , fresh and healthy food

Cons: bad wifi , dish i ordered was not worth the price, noisy kitchen

Slow

The food was really good and loadssss of vegan options to chose from including traditional Balinese mains and deserts but the service was so slow at taking plates once we’d finished
