Lecker und gemütlich - Edit

Mein liebstes Café zum Frühstücken. Es gibt sehr viele vegane Gerichte und die Karte verändert sich auch immer mal wieder. Auch Hafermilch oder andere Milchalternativen kann man bei Kakao und Kaffee dazu wählen.
Besonders die Gerichte mit Weizensauerbrot sind mein Favorit und der Elimba Kakao mit Hafermilch. Außerdem sind alle immer sehr freundlich und geben ihr bestes, damit man einen schönen Aufenthalt hat. ❤️

we had the vegan english breakfast and the vegan pancakes. both tasted okay. glad they have some vegan options, wouldn‘t go back though.

Food was good, service horrible - Edit

We got there and waited even for the menu 10 minutes and were ignored by the staff. Got our drinks after a while but somethings were forgotten. Ordered food and waited 50 minutes for it, asked multiple times where it is because 3 other people who came 30 mins after us were served but we didn’t. When we got our food there was no explanation besides ‘something went wrong in the kitchen’ but with a 0 f***given. Pricey and not much food for the avocado smash. We are really disappointed because the Location is really cute.

We had the vegan full English. Unfortunately, there were a lot of issues with it. They are using a very dry tofu which they are apparently cooking in the same pan they use for animal bacon. That was immediately clear from the taste. The beans were lacking seasoning and the vegan sausages were of poor quality. They also tend to fry things a little too dark, to the point of having a general burnt taste permeating everything on the plate.
The bread was fine, although it could be cut a little thinner. There also should have been a little more vegan butter available.
It is admirable, that they are offering options for vegans but it seems that they are lacking the experience to actually make these options taste good.
