Tropical Delight

Ingredients:

2 cup white grape fruit juice
1 orange, peeled and seeded
1 piece orange peel
1 apple, cut and seeded

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in the blender, and mix until well blended.

(Use organic where available.)

Number Servings: 3-4
