Soy Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

1/2 cup soy milk
2 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

Place all ingredients except the oil in a blender. Blend at high speed for 30 seconds, adding the oil gradually while blender is on.

Keeps for 2 days refrigerated in sealed container.

Number Servings: 1.5 cups

Time to prepare: 5 mins
