Satay Pizza

Ingredients:

1 pizza base
3 tablespoon soy mayonnaise
3 tablespoon satay sauce
1/2 zucchini (courgette), thinly sliced
1/2 red capsicum (bell pepper), thinly sliced
1/2 avocado, diced

Instructions:

Mix mayonnaise and satay sauces together.

Spread sauces onto pizza base.

Add zucchini, capsicum peppers, and avocado on top of pizza in decorative manner.

Cook in oven at 200 degree Celsius for approximately 15 minutes.

Number Servings: 1-2

Time to prepare: 20 mins
