Raw Chocolate Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup cashew soak overnight
1 cup dates
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 shot espresso
1 pinch sea salt
1 cup desicated coconut
1/2 cup coconut oil
Instructions:
Soak cashew overnight. Drain.
Remove pits from dates.
Blend everything well in a blender. If the mixture is too wet, add more oats.
Roll mixture as a ball, and keep in a fridge.
Number Servings: 10
Time to prepare: 15 min + soak time
