Mango Salad

Ingredients:

1 ripe mango
1 pomegranate
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 carrot
10 cherry tomatoes
1 handful fresh peppermint
1 tablespoon liquid sweetener
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon lime juice
pepper and salt

Instructions:

Wash, peel, and chop all product.

Add mango last.

Add oil and herbs, salt and pepper to taste.

Combine well.

Number Servings: 2

Time to prepare: 20 min
