Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

3 cucumbers
5 garlic cloves
green onions
4 tablespoon soy sauce
4 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 tablespoon chili powder

Instructions:

Chop cucumbers into slices and place in a medium-large bowl.

Chop onion and garlic, and add to the bowl with the cucumbers.

Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili powder, and white vinegar to the cucumber mixture.

Combine well, and chill for 15 minutes.

Number Servings: 5

Time to prepare: 10 min + chill time
