Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

2 cup medjool dates
1 cup oats
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup cacao powder

Instructions:

Soak dates in hot water for at least 5 minutes if not already soft. Drain water.

Blend in high powered blender or food processor with all ingredients. You may need to add a splash of water if too thick.

Once thoroughly combined, scoop out 2 tablespoons at a time and roll into balls.

Store in fridge.

Number Servings: 10

Time to prepare: 15 min
