Avocado Edamame Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen edamame, thawed
1 avocado
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place edamame, olive oil, and spices into a food processor or blender, and "chop" until the the edamame is broken into pieces. Be careful not to over-blend the content into an awkward dry fluff.
Once the spices have been sufficiently mixed, take the edamame out and put it into a mixing bowl.
Then, prepare the avocado by cuttin in half, remove and discard pit, and then spoon out the avocado. Place the avocado into the mixing bowl with the edamame. Stir together. Add salt and pepper to taste, and if desired more spices.
Notes: Add more or less of the spices to taste. To make more dip, keep the ratio 1:1 for the edamame and avocado and prorate the spices.
