Try the mushroom-filled rice paper dumplings in tomato-coconut broth, and rice noodles with vegetables in red curry sauce. Outdoor seating includes one small table owned by the cart owner, plus lots of other seating in the plaza area of the shops. It's shady with free Wi-Fi in the entire area.
