Restaurant and hotel located in the small village of Frabosa Soprana, in the Monregalese ski area, southwest of Cuneo. Vegetarian, vegan and macrobiotic menus must be reserved at least in the morning of the same day. Food is mostly local and organic. Vegan dishes include seitan and tofu, wholemeal cereals, wild herbs soups, baked pears, apples and peaches. Salad buffet. Vegetables are grown in their own garden.
