Best Samosas and Indian street food! - Edit
Truly the best samosas and real Indian street food! They don’t have dosa right now since covid which I usually love but still go frequently!

Come for samosas. Stay for all the other things - Edit
I stop by here at least once a month for samosas to go. They’re so good and reasonably priced, they are great for on the go meals. Sometimes I branch out and sit and try something. Today I tried the kathi roll which they made dairy free easily for me. It turned out to be two burrito sized wraps of delicious veggies and a yummy mint dip. They serve meat but you seriously cannot go wrong here. Outdoor seating too! They also cater and the main cashier is so friendly.

Come here, but not in a hurry - Edit
The food here is definitely worth trying and there are plentiful vegan options on the menu that are worth trying, and even more vegetarian options. The people who work here are usually very nice. However, don't expect your food to take any less than 30 minutes from the time you order to the time you walk out, even if there is no one else in the shop.

Ok Dosas - Edit
I ate here with my fiance when we were in Philly on vacation. We're both from Queens, and have had our share of authentic dosas. The dosas here were nice, they were large, tasty, filling and reasonably priced but not the best I've had. The sambar was good, the chutneys we got were just ok.
Read moreHe got the mysore masala and I got the masala. We both noticed that there wasn't really a difference in spiciness between the masala and mysore masala, and noticed they didn't have pondicherry dosas on the menu. It was also odd seeing so much meat on the menu, most of the authentic/traditional dosa places I've been to in NY are lacto-vegetarian. Even before I went vegan I'd never think of putting meat in a dosa... it just seems like something that isn't done. I get the vibe they're doing that to appeal to tourists or non-indians. I'd still go back if I was in the area again. But I just can't give them points for authenticity if they're selling meat dosas.

Paneer Samosas - Edit
best fiancee ever brought me samosas thinking they were potato. They were not. They were paneer. Their chalkboard menu didn't specify 'samosas'. We're both vegan. Needless to say, we won't be back there again. ouch.

Awesome experience - Edit
Great food. I hadn't had a dosa in forever, since I moved out of NYC, and this was fantastic. You can even get a side of lentil soup for something like a dollar more. Nice service too.
