A lot of options - Edit
There's a full vegetarian menu available on request - and you don't have to book in advance to get it. Only one of the many things on the vegetarian menu wasn't vegan. We tried the tofu salad, gyoza, ramen (a special of the day), bento box and more. With drinks it came to $90 - a pricy lunch but we did order a lot of stuff and came out bursting - and they gave us a $10 voucher for next time. All of if was really tasty. The service was good too.
