Vegetarian on the Main Street - Edit
Nice place. Obviously popular not among vegetarians only, but Petroskoi locals as well. A variety of dishes generally focused on Oriental cuisine, but take a chance to enjoy their Karelian Blooming Sally tea!

Inexpensive veg place - Edit
The place is vegetarian, so be careful when ordering food if you’re vegan, but a lot of options are vegan and they’re clearly labeled on the menu . I really loved coffee and ice cream here, Mexican style food I’ve tried wasn’t flavorful enough for me, but it’s good overall. The prices are also fair and you can get a really nice lunch deal.

Cons: Some foods are kind of bland

Clean and tasty - Edit
Friendly staff, super clean and tasty food (had avocado green salad and veg curry). Spices in the curry were perfectly delicious, although the portion could have been a little bit bigger. Good to have a vegan restaurant this nice in Petrozavodsk.

The very first veg place in Petrozavodsk - Edit
Chisty Vkus has good selection of vegetarian & vegan food. Food seems to be indian-inspired with some typical russian dishes. Highly recommended if you visit Petrozavodsk. This is a small town, so there is no problem to reach this cafe - 10-15-20 minutes from centre of Petrozavodsk by car.

Cons: not in the centre, no a-la carte menu, day-menu only
