Easy Chickpea Burgers

    Instructions

    Put all ingredients into blender and mix.
    Form mixture into burgers with your hands.
    You can either fry or bake in the over.
    Fry for 8-10 minutes on each side until cooked evenly or bake for 20 minutes in a fan oven at 180C.
    If you don't want to use all the burgers right away, you can store uncooked patties in the freezer.
    Simple and delicious. Enjoy!

    Ingredients

    1 Can of chickpeas
    Diced onion (adjust amount to your taste)
    Diced garlic (adjust amount to your taste)
    Oat flour and linseed flour - approx 1tbsp but use less/more until mixture is binded together.
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Pinch of oregano.

    Serving Size

    12 burgers
