Organic wherever practicably possible, using some local produce, and creating a waste free restaurant by composting and recycling. Mostly vegan cuisine with some raw food as well as gluten free options. Organic vegan wines, beers, and ciders. Dining on 3 floors for 90 covers. 17th century listed building. Open daily 12-11pm, kitchen open all day with last orders at 9.30pm (8.30pm Sunday). Accepts credit cards.
