Sources tell me that Forest Whitaker sometimes eats at Vegan Glory restaurant in Los Angeles. He's done support work for PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. I saw him in Santa Monica at an Independent Spirit Award (07 or 08, I forgot). He was genuinely nice, came over to the fans and paparazi to say hello and sign autographs. His wife attended the ceremony with him.

I recently saw the movie, The Last King of Scotland, and I agree that Forest Whitake did an excellent job. Very well acted and memorable role. It's very cool that he's a vegetarian.
