She is not a vegan.
'Carrie is a long-time vegetarian and avoids meat and by-products of meat. In fact, she says she is 95 percent vegan.'

I saw Carrie Underwood on a milk advertisement. I lost respect for her at that moment.

The twangy voice seems to be par for the course in country music (the reason why I don't care for Underwood's singing or the genre). Still, she seems like a good person, and I love the fact she is vegetarian.

I love Carrie! I was rooting for her all the way in American Idol. It's too bad that she doesn't have any concerts in Vancouver. She's beautiful and talented! Go Carrie!

Sorry to say, but I did not like Carrie Underwood in the American Idol competition... I thought she had a very nasal voice with a twang. I think I was rooting for someone else. Whatever. But it's great that she's a vegetarian now.
