Has a daily menu of pizza and salad and three other dishes to choose from, like hummus with chapati, peanut soup, chickpeas, beans, caiwa, yuca, sweet peppers and more, some of which are vegan or could possibly be made vegan. You can also ask for special diet requirements as when you are on a special amazonic plants "dieta", avoiding sugar, salt or any other ingredients.
