Waldo Jeffers Had Reached his Limit - Edit

Quite a busy Friday night, they were able to squeeze us in at 6:30 for an hour. My veg Madras was intense, full of flavour with plenty of sauce and a pleasantly enjoyable heat that didn’t fully kick in until after I was finished eating. Pickles and popadoms for two, a shared starter, two mains, one rice and Bombay potatoes with two pints of Cobra came to a whopping £67 including an unsuspected service charge. While I won’t be coming back I certainly wouldn’t discourage others from giving it a try.

Great - Edit

We came here as a group and had a table upstairs. The staff were a bit nervous but seemed to be being trained up post pandemic. Food on the menu was well labelled and easy to see. When it came it all tasted great especially the aubergine side dish and the aubergine in my dhansak. A good evening out, we would eat here again perhaps as a couple to see further :)

Cons: Would be nice if the pickle tray was all vegan
