Un po' costoso ma curato, anche negli ingredienti, non è una cattiva scelta se si ha voglia di sushi vegano. Opzioni vegane limitate, molto buona la poke.

Tasty sushi, high prices - Edit
As others pointed it out, their vegan options are good. They use different ingredients: from the always present cucumber and avocado, to fried pumpkins and seaweed. Anyway, it's quite pricey.

If you’re craving sushi, this will do. The price, though, when there are no expensive ingredients, is a bit much.
