We live in Gainesville but make the drive here because this is the best vegan ramen in the area! Plus they have vegan bao!

Best Veggie Ramen! - Edit
Zuru Ramen & Boba is one of my favorite vegan-friendly spots in Ocala! The veggie ramen is super flavorful and comforting, and I love pairing it with the tofu baos or crispy fried tofu. The Korean tornado potato, Miso soup, and spring rolls are also fun and delicious options. Everything always tastes fresh, and it’s great to have multiple plant-based choices on the menu. Highly recommend for a casual, satisfying meal!

Lots of vegan options - Edit
Lots of vegan options to choose from (for Ocala) I like the tofu boa, wakame salad, edamame, sweet potato fries, and fried tofu. They also have a veggie ramen bowl.
