Nice variety - Edit
They have a separate vegan menue (and another gluten/lactose free one) which was automatically provided with the regular menue when I was there. There is a good variety of vegan options and I really like that they veganized two local Swiss dishes from that region. The Chili Sin Carne was good with a lot of vegetables and chickpeas and nicely seasoned.

Very nice option with many vegan options on separated menu. Better specify in any case you're vegan. Mainly Mexican dishes, but they also had a tipycal local recipe changed to vegan (but I have not tried). Prices are ok for Swiss standards.
