Quite nice and the best in this town - Edit
It's clearly an animal-eaters' restaurant, but they do have a whole veg*an menu with clearly marked options. It's much nicer than each option sounds imo, but you can still tell that the cook isn't veg*an by such awkward details as them presenting soy sauce as if it is equal to a proper homemade sauce. And the pumpkin-ginger 'foam' turned out to be pumpkin soup used as a sauce. But hey, it's tasty, and filling

Vegane Alternativen von fragwürdigem Geschmack - Edit
Bei unserem Abendessen im kühlen Grund haben wir die beiden veganen Gerichte probiert, die Hirsetaler sowie die Maultasche. Leider konnten uns beide Gerichte geschmacklich nicht überzeugen. Irgendwie passte nichts zusammen, was auf den Tellern lag. Die Taler hatten einen säuerlichen Beigeschmack, die Sauce passte nicht zu dem Gericht, das Gemüse hatte kaum eigenen Geschmack. Die Maultasche an sich war okay, jedoch passte auch hier der Rest nicht dazu.

Unfortunately best you can get in town, it seems... - Edit
We were very disappointed. As I could not find any other place we went there. Unfortunately the menu on veg* dishes was shrinked to two dishes, one vegetarian and one vegan, due to the ongoing christmas market. We could not understand, why this had an impact on the menu, but this is what we were told... Therefore we decided to take the "Maultaschen", which were okay, but also nothing special. For dessert, we decided to go to the christmas markt, which was a very good choice.

The Restaurant is OK, because there is not much more vegan to get in this town.
Read moreThey have a vegan menue. My dish came without tofu, because it was out. But they did not tell me upfront. Got a free espresso for that. So I guess that ist OK. Food was OK, but I have eaten much better...
