Bland food and Bad service

I had the vegetable plate, which consisted of nearly raw broccoli and some standard grilled zucchini and peppers. Very bland and boring. They asked me if I wanted a salad with it and got one with non-vegan sauce. They didn't know what I meant when I asked if the sauce was vegan. Not sure if I would trust the vegan label here.
