Serves meat, vegan options available. Cafe located by the market square in Eisenach. Mainly organic and locally sourced ingredients. Around two-thirds of the menu is vegetarian. Various vegan options that are clearly marked as such. Drinks can be prepared with soya milk. Has soya smoothies and other fresh juices. Nice atmosphere. Open Mon-Sat 10:00am-8:00pm. Open until 10 pm in Summer.

Great vegan food and breakfast - Edit
If you want to have really good vegan food go for the Zimt + Zucker! We had a vegan breakfast (including a delicious selfmade nougat-creme and handmade bread) and grilled vegetables with a variation of potatoes as a lunch and both was just great with big portions so one really gets filled up.
When visiting Eisenach you really should pay them a visit (they also have a vegan chocolate ice)

Great place with many vegan options - Edit
We came to vidit the town on a holiday and found this nice place. Dishes are clearly marked as vegan and they had really delicious cakes that even my omnivore bf make sure to congratulate.
I would give it 5 stars but happy cow doesn't allow me to do so.

Zucker & Zimt - Edit
What a shame we had to move on - we really would have liked to try something more of the menu. There were about four vegan dishes, all clearly marked with most of the rest being vegetarian. We tried an amazing pumpkin soup as starter and then had a risotto (my partner) and a vegetable plate, organic beer and soya smoothies. Really quite a find for Eisenach.
The prices were moderate - around 8-11€ for a (filling) main dish, about 4€ for a (large) soup.
Very friendly service!
And it's located directly at the market square so you can sit back and watch :)
