Organic vegan restaurant opened 2013 replacing the previous restaurant Nova. Meals are based on macrobiotic principles with vegetables sourced from its own farm as well as other local producers. Example of dishes: quinoa salad, bbq seitan cordon bleu, penna pasta, falafel, and baked tofu. Smoothies, tea, coffee, ice cream, cakes and other desserts available. English is spoken and on the menu. Offers two rooms of seating. Open Mon-Sat 12:00-23:00. Kitchen open 12-9pm. Closed Sun.

quality ingredients, but a disappointing dish - Edit
Was looking forward to trying the restaurant as I enjoyed their grab-and-go items that I had picked up at the bio&bio Martićeva shop. The space is pleasant and other diners seemed to be enjoying their food, so I may have just ordered the wrong things. I was in need of a protein boost so went for the Mega Protein plate and it just lacked imagination and finesse as it was big chunks of tempeh, tofu, and seitan that kind of lacked innate flavoring and were kind of a slog to get through. Also tried their Artisan Sourdough Bread and the breads were just ok, not bakery quality. Giving them an extra star just because they’re all vegan and organic and things come from their own farm and other dishes may be better.

Fully vegan restaurant, huge choice, healthy tasty locally sourced food, friendly staff. Soo much choice, I ended up having the falafel plate (falafel, salad, pesto sourdough toast with creamy cashew dressing), with a blue matcha drink.

We had the bruschetta, cesar salad, and cordon bleu. All light delicious and fresh. Pricier than other places but worth it. For desert we had Hungarian cake and the tofu cake; the Hungarian cake especially was a highlight.

I came here for dinner and then came back the following day. It has a great menu of dishes made from scratch. Wonderful choice of deserts. Really nice and friendly staff. And a lovely space. The dishes are really satisfying.

The tofu lemon cake was perfect and very light! The chocolat cake looked like a real treat…

We enjoyed this place very much on our first night in Zagreb. Even though it markets itself as organic and healthy, the food is quite tasty, and it was a welcoming spot in the older part of Zagreb during a rainy late summer Saturday evening. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful with beer options. We had the bruschetta, greenpeace pasta, and caesar salad. and I would rate them in that order. Food was notable for it’s freshness and inventiveness. For instance my pasta had shredded tofu on top, which was unusual but good! If you are in Zagreb give this place a try!

Fabulous locally sourced fully vegan restaurant. Lovely outdoor seating. Great menu and selection of local wines. Starter with sharing plate delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely highly recommend.
