Pretty good vegan options now - Edit
When I passed through they has two wraps (one of them with planted pulled) and a planted burger. Those came with a choice of vegan salad, fries or rice. There was also a changing daily special with one vegan option, don't know if that's always present. Combined with the tasteful interior and reasonable pricing (CHF 19 for the wrap with side) this is one of the better options around the airport.

One real vegan option - Edit
The one real vegan option on the menu with protein is the chicken steak. I was a bit surprised when I was served chopped seitan pieces in a hamburger bun. With the accompiaments - lettuce dressing, etc - it tasted quite good. Grateful for the seitan protein. For 26 Euros you also get a small salad. Very expensive. Should be around 10-12 Euros at most.
