They used to have a bit of variety for vegans and now it is only 1 savory option, vegimite scroll and croissant.

They had only three vegan food options: plain croissant, almond croissant and a cheese-vegemite roll. I got the almond croissant and it was ok, nothing special though. I also got an iced oat matcha which was pretty good. Unfortunately they charge extra for plant milk.

5 Only 3 vegan options - Edit
I was so excited to try this place based on the reviews, but sadly my experience wasn’t that great. There were only 3 vegan choices, all savoury. I tried the tomato danish and the Vegemite scroll. The danish wasn’t bad but the scoll had way too much Vegemite and I could only eat some of it. The coffee was ok.

I love that this place always has vegan options - and not terrible options, nice flavours! I had the tomato and cheese danish, and the cheesy mite scroll. Always a go to when in Perth. Coffee is great too!!

Arrived at Zonts just as they were closing, they'd had a very busy day and so they only had plain crossiants left that were vegan and many meat sandwiches that were not. All cakes had sold out including the vegan ones so get there early vegans! They said the bottom glass cabinet is normally fully stocked with vegan items.

I love that Zonts always has delicious vegan options. I work 1 or 2 Sundays per month across the road and always look forward to my pastry treats! Today it was vegan mushroom & hummus croissant, and vegan tomato, caramelised onion & feta tart 😋

Cannot put into words how much I enjoyed their vegan bandung rose and lychee croissant!! Absolutely divine. Super creamy subtle rose soy custard filling, lychee pieces, flakey, not too greasy, raspberries and gold dust on top - need I say more? This sure was a treat. Excited for their other vegan options!!
