Soft and crispy bread, a perfect balance of flavors, and a delicate filling in the Focaccia Melanzane (vegan) (the arugula and eggplant weren’t bitter, which I was very happy about). The Focaccia Tofu (vegan) was more filling but I liked it less, as the tofu seemed almost tasteless to me.
