Vegetarian market/cafe is the little sister of Zoe Food on Via Felice Venezian, but with NO meat. Juices, bagels, smoothies, super foods, gluten free lunches with quinoa, buckwheat, soups, salads. Located in a renovated 1940's food market, tall shelves of all organic products surround the 5 tables inside and a children's area. Mostly vegan with a wide range of vegetable milks available: millet, soy, rice, almond, quinoa, oat. Open Mon-Sat 7:30am-6:00pm.

Nice little cafe - Edit
Very vegan-friendly and welcoming staff. Fine to eat here as a solo traveler and someone who only knows a few words of Italian (they don't speak English but communication was fine). High quality!
This is in a really pleasant area of Trieste, right off of Viale XX Settembre and near a very nice little park.

Very nice cafe, food was very nice and so was the interior and the outside seating of the place. Warm atmosphere - a little expensive but still very good

Adorable little cafè - Edit
Here you can find great juices made with fresh fruits, smoothies and cappuccinos with many varieties of vegetal milks (also our famous capo in b!) and fabulous vegan and vegetarian homemade meals. I personally adore this little place because you breathe a nice atmosphere regardless of whether it is a rainy or sunny day. Staff are very kind and service perfect. I advise to try it out!
