Bad experience, bad customer service, high priced - Edit
Ate vegan pasta. Not many customers in restaurant but customer service was weak.
Read moreFood came fast, was okey but not wonderful or remember how it was honesty. I needed to ask where is my water which I ordered with the food order. Overly high priced and the water in bottle was even not opened or pull in glass on table.
Ate there ones in 2023 July.

Read moreI was a bit disappointed in some of the staff. I asked about food ingredients because of an allergy. The person in charge of looking was only willing to look for common is common allergies. She made it sound like they had no access to lists of ingredients.
I"m not sure whether I believe that. But she seemed to think that as long as she just checked for common allergies, that was all she needed to do.
I ordered the lentil ragu and it was very good. It was made with carrots and lentils and something that looked like small black beans in a tomato-based sauce. My husband ordered the vegan lasagna, and he said that it was also very good.
Vegan options are clearly marked.

Expensive and rude staff - Edit
Had I terrible experience. The staff in the open kitchen was very upset about something going on and was screaming and said rude stuff to each other. Our food was late, the portion sizes was super small and the place was crowded. Sad since other Zizzis I have visited has been quite good. But I think it’s more worth it to go to other places.

It was great that there was a separate vegan menu and there were lots of options. Not the best Zizzi’s I’ve ever been to, but the staff were lovely and very attentive despite how busy it was.

Average pizza - Edit
Wanted somewhere casual with both vegan & omni options to meet family for lunch and this fit the bill. Zizzi has some voucher offers on their website that are worth checking out, at the moment there is a 2 for 1 deal for Veganuary. The pizza wasn’t really to my liking though, it was a thin base and the toppings were quite wet, so you had to roll it up to eat without making a huge mess. Appreciate that they have put effort into creating a few different menu options for vegans though.

Large Vegan Menu - Edit
For those not from around these parts, Zizzi is a pizza chain restaurant. It's good. You have to ask for the special menu which has lots of vegan options. The pizza is good. Definitely worth a visit.

I ate twice at Zizzi's pizza and was extremly happy both times! They had a well payed out menu with many options and were flexible with my choices! I would so recommend again!!

Tried a couple of items besides pizza this time and was fairly disappointed. The pasta was gluten free and was just too hard to enjoy. The waitress did her best to help me order but she didn't really understand what vegan was about nor what the kitchen could do. Salad was okay, just okay.

Just been there visiting London. The vegan 'green godess broccoli salad' was very tasteful. The desert was really gorgious! I had the 'sticky chocolate & praline torte' it was served with coconut icecream. Superdelicious combination. It was also in the regular desert menu.
Read moreFor vegetarian, vegan and glutenfree you have to ask the special menu. There are a few starters, 3 choices of pizza, 2 pasta's and the salad that I took.
Very friendly waitresses!
