Clear vegan options, great food - Edit
Vegan options were clearly labeled and the waitstaff was knowledgeable and helpful in navigating options. I ordered the size of vegan eggs and sausage which were great. I believe they use Just EGG.

Good options - Edit
I’ve been to Zisters 3 times now, tried 3 different vegan offerings. The food is very good and they’ve been very accommodating each time. They offer vegan egg, vegan cheese, vegan sausage. I had all three in my herbivore bowl, swapped in instead of the animal products. You get a large portion of food.

Cons: The music inside is very loud., Usually a wait especially on weekends

Favorite brunch spot - Edit
Favorite brunch spot to bring friends, because they have something for everyone. I love the cinnamon French toast or the portobello melt (vegan cheese). I didn’t care for the beignets because traditionally in NOLA they bathe them in powdered sugar. Here they lightly dust them. Love the cocktails, and the coffee and lattes (vegan milk options).

Cons: Long wait on weekends, Somewhat expensive

Don’t eat here for the vegan food - Edit
I had a tofu scramble. It was literally scrambled block of tofu without any seasonings served with a side of dry toast and a small bowl of fruit that included a tomato (technically a fruit but not usually served with melon). I’ve always thought tofu scrambled was a safe bet, but not here. Told the waitress it was inedible and she just said she would let the owners know…thankfully I still got to pay for this plate terrible food I didn’t eat. Also, several dishes were labeled vegan but had cheese or honey.
