Serves meat, vegan options available. Previously an ovo-lacto vegetarian cafe and bar but as of August 2024 they added meat to the menu under new ownership. Serving Californian cuisine in a patio garden setting. Counter service. Find fresh baked goods, organic coffee, pasta, and more. Uses egg and dairy in almost all the dishes, but has a few vegan items and some that may be made vegan. One of several branches. Update: they removed the salad bar which had most of the veg items. Still has a few items
Read moreBest vegan food in OC if you go with the market selection (not menu). Always a few new dishes and a ton of classics.
2/3rds of the market dishes are vegan, unsure of labeling so best to ask

Lovely surprise - Edit
We ate here last night for Father’s Day. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was lovely. We had cocktails and they were great too. We had the sliders, enchiladas, and roasted vegetables. Everything was flavorful and we had just enough food. Edited to add we ate at the Orange location.

Good, just not much for vegans - Edit
Had fresh raw veggies with hummus. Was good but there was salt on veggies and extra oil on hummus that I was not thrilled about. Vegetarian enjoyed her foccacia pizza and said it was filling. We also split a vegan, gf almond bar that had ”nothing” in it, si that’s why we chose it 😂. Was yummy.

great fresh food - Edit
Forget the menu and go for the market table if you want vegan. Lots of cheese in the menu options so be careful. Friendly service, fresh food and some good drinks too. If they had had some vegan deserts, apart from fruit, it would have been even better.
