this is a market café (basically a foodtruck, don't expect a real café) at the bergisch gladbach market. the official opening time is until 1pm but we arrived about half an hour later when they were packing up already. however, it was still possible to buy the pre-packed treats thed offered, with schweineohren as the only vegan option.
according to their website, "zimt & zucker" also serves vegan cookies, cakes and cinnamon rolls - be on time if you don't wanna miss them. i think their stall is a great addition to the culinary world in bergisch gladbach (even though in my opinion more items could be veganised) and it's a pity they close this early! if i ever stop by in this city again, i will have another visit.
