I've been to this deli quite a few times now for lunches, and for their artisan cheeses. Every time I've never been disappointed. The food has always been lovely, always friendly staff and I will keep going!

I’ve been a big fan ever since they started selling their Nutcrafter vegan cheeses at local vegan fairs. Since they opened Zilch Deli, they have expanded their range to include an amazing roast (essential for Xmas day!), delicious cakes and pastries, and fab deli dishes for when you’re treating yourself to lunch. With an Italian and American background, they really bring a new twist to the usual vegan staples. I look forward to being able to sit in again soon, but until then getting takeaway from Zilch really helps get through lockdown. My only tip is: if you can order in advance, do! You don’t want to miss out when they inevitably sell out of your favourite cake.

Amazing fresh baked bread, sandwiches & bakes. I’ve tried the Milanese cutlet baguette and it is my FAVOURITE. They’ve got something different every time & the service is so lovely & friendly. Please do the red velvet & pistachio cake again!!

We ate two cinnamon buns and had two chocolate/oat milk drinks. The chocolate milk was a bit flat maybe? Could have used a bit more cacao. But other than that, really good! It all looked really tasty, if we ever come back in Glasgow we sure will try something else!

Great little Italian bakery with a few seating places. They make their own bread, baguettes, meatballs, olive tapenade, hummus, cultured cheese, cakes, scones, cinnamon buns, and more. Daily offer of panini and salads to grab.
Read moreI liked everything I tried, however, it was first a bit unclear to me what's actually on offer. The menu written on the board was chaotic, the presentation should be better. Also, opening hours are too short if you don't work nearby.

First visit as we’re in Glasgow every Sunday but Zilch is closed...a re-work of our diaries allowed a visit. Superb personable service and excellent food. Have to plan the second visit now!

I’ve been meaning to write this review since my friends and I visited the first weekend Zilch were open. The food is unbelievably good. We had sandwiches and some pastries. My standards for patisserie and sweet baked goods are pretty high - I was blown away. We were with meat eating friends and they thought it was fabulous too. We took home some of the vegan cheese which I also really recommend. The owners are lovely and are clearly very dedicated to bringing extremely high quality and delicious vegan food to Glasgow. Thank you!

My fiancé and I went yesterday for lunch, and ordered two of the sandwiches and both were amazing. Their homemade halloumi was the most realistic I've had since I went vegan, and I don't remember the last time I had a bagel that good!
Read moreWe also took advantage of the 3 for 2 on pastries and got an apricot danish each and a cream bun. Both were great, but the apricot danish was next level!
Will definitely visit again next time we're in Glasgow 10/10.

As soon as I heard about Zilch I knew that I had to visit ASAP! I went directly from the airport when I got back from a trip and arrived mid afternoon, the people working (the owners / chefs I think!) were super knowledgeable about all of the food which as a vegan with weird allergies is really reassuring and helpful. I tried the reuben on a bagel because they were out of it on bread and it was excellent and even came with a pickle! I also tried a pastry and an Italian cream filled bun called a Martozzi which was so delicious, the brioche style bread was perfect and the cream had just the right amount of sweetness. I'll be visiting again as soon as possible, I need to try the croissants next time!

Open for 2 days and already killing it! - Edit
First of all, everything is vegan! Second, everything is great!! Just had the best vegan egg sandwich of my life. Everything was made by them, including the egg, cream cheese, and sourdough bread. We then had a homemade almond croissant and brioche and cream pastry. Everything was delicious. This is a must try destination on the rise. Check it out now before they are overwhelmed with customers!
