This is a special spot and a must visit while in Beijing. - Edit
Some may feel worried coming to Beijing if you are a vegetarian/ vegan. It’s not that there aren’t options but at times it can be eventful securing a meal. However, ZeroGo has the ability to erase any past labor with providing you consistently with excellent food and service. The menu has a perfect balance of flavors you love and new ones that will earn the same position. There’s an added bonus with taking into account their excellent service - it does not matter if there is 1 table booked or a full house, you always feel special while dining. If possible, try and secure seats upstairs to enjoy that cool view of the high-rises and uniquely placed skatepark. Trust me / you’ll love it!

Yummy mix of western and Asian cuisine - Edit
This restaurant had a good menu with soups, starters including things like falafel, fries and tofu skewers. The mains included a delicious vegan Big Mac and some more Asian options such as ramen. It is a bit pricey compared to the rest of China - we ordered 2 mains, and entree and 2 drinks and it came to a little over 200rmb.

Pros: Delicious food , Nice atmosphere , Mix of cuisines

Not a typical Chinese vegan restaurant - Edit
I discovered Zero Go on my last trip to Beijing, and went here straight from the airport on my current trip. The food is excellent, the staff attentive and helpful, and the cuisine very different from typical Chinese vegetarian/vegan restaurants.
Read moreFirst: Finding the restaurant can be a bit tricky. The storefront is clearly labeled. And it's on a large street, which you would think wouldn't be an issue. But the street has been under construction every time I've come, meaning that the restaurant entrance itself is only accessible by foot. (Maybe this isn't always the case.)
If you have to get to the restaurant by taxi, I'd go to the intersection of Hongtai East Street and Yuan'an road. Then walk away from the intersection, through a fenced-off area of the road alongside many restaurants. Follow the restaurants around the corner to the right, and you'll be there.
The cuisine at Zero Go is a mix of East and West, but without any (so far as I can tell) truly Chinese dishes. On my most recent trip, I had Vietnamese Pho soup, and two appetizers: Tofu skewers and corn chips with guacamole and nut butter.
The soup was excellent, with lots of noodles and tofu. It comes with a variety of sprouts, greens, and hot peppers that you can add according to your taste. The tofu skewers were nothing like I've ever seen before, with cubes of two different colors on what appeared to be skewers made of thin plant leaves. The corn chips weren't anything special, but the guacamole seemed like a mix of avocado and pesto (good, if a bit unusual), and the cashew butter was excellent.
The bill for all three wasn't bad at all -- about 150 RMB. The portions were very large, also.
The restaurant has a complete menu in English, if you want to use it. The only hitch there is that the servers don't know English! So if you order from the English one, you'll need to use two fingers, one in English and the other in Chinese, to find the parallel items. Other than that, they were extremely welcoming and helpful.
Pros: Unusual and interesting dishes, Good value, Excellent service
Cons: Hard to find

Perfect Plate! - Edit
Upon entry, I was pleasantly greeted and immediately seated. The cafe was warm and welcoming and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I asked what the recommendation was for a burger and was told to try the tofu avocado burger...
Read moreListen honey, it was the RIGHT choice cause somebody put they foot in that! I would describe this dish as the perfect plate : not too little, not too much, but just the right amount of food. The tofu patty had a perfect light and crispy outer layer with a whole bunch of flavor and goodness stuffed inside. I really appreciate that the majority of the burger was a WHOLE avocado and less emphasis was on the patty even though the initial presentation showed otherwise. The sauce that was poured over the avocado and tofu was magnificent. It literally took over my tastebuds with an explosion of flavor in my mouth. I about finished the burger in 10 minutes. Not healthy, I know... but I just kept taking bite after bite after bite without ever putting the burger back on the plate! Welp, eating so quickly didn’t leave me time to digest so before catching the itus (Only some will know what that is, lol) I had to get me a lil slice of that avocado cheesecake. Needless to say, I’m leaving this restaurant one satisfied soul. The cheese-less cake was beyond delicious!
Thank you ZeroGo and Have a good day!
Pros: Lots of vegan options , Nice flavors, Great energy

Not easy to get there as currently (Jan 2019) streets around are somehow closed. However you can type it in Didi and get really close. Them Baidu will help you even if you use English name. Had burger, laksa and cheesecake. Everything very tasty.

To find it you need to walk through some wide empty streets - though nice effort to have a vegan place at such a location

zero go: Lovely Vegan Spot In The Jing - Edit
This place is great! The restaurant is only a few months old.. it is modern, clean and bright. The owner’s name is Raymond and he speaks great English. He is a local who lived in Melbourne for a couple years. He is super friendly and helped me secure a taxi. The menu is beautiful... huge variety. I had a casserole with vegan cheese and a beautiful salad with pesto and avocado. The salad was super fresh and yum. They have freshly made juices. I sampled the carrot orange juice.I will go back. There are so many things on that menu I want to try! Including a desert made with avocado.

Cons: it was a little hard to get a taxi leaving but Ray
