Very creamy cheese - Edit
Awesome cheese shop! When I went in they also had some pesto available that I didn’t try. I got the ale aged, smokey jalapeños, double creme, and the horseradish dill. Although they described them as different textures they were all fairly soft. The soft cheeses are basically cheese spreads. They were all extremely creamy and would probably be awesome in a lot of the suggested recipes. They’re packaged like they are for a cheese board and I tried them with crackers I picked up in store. Only con is they could probably pack in more flavour in, especially for the horseradish and jalapeño ones.

I love that I was able to sample all the cheeses. I bought 3 of the best 👌🏾. The customer service was awesome. I got to try everything at the Toronto vegfest.
