Good for a Quick Lunch

Stopped by Zenclay for lunch after landing in Morgantown. I had a very tasty tomato/potato soup of the day, along with a fresh greens salad topped with grilled tofu. Certainly a nice find in WV. The chef will identify the choices for vegans.

I didn't see the lentil burger option that's mentioned in the Happy Cow description, but I didn't really miss it either.

Pros: fresh tasting
