Great place in Central Point! - Edit
Zen Zen is a great little sushi place in downtown Central Point. We eat here fairly regularly. The menu has the vegetarian/vegan rolls marked as such and while they don't have a lot of them (maybe 6 to 8 rolls), the ones I've had were very good. Their tempura batter is vegan, so I've enjoyed the Vegetable Tempura and they make an excellent tofu stirfry. The staff has always been friendly and I often see the owners running the place.
