Delicious Chinese Vegetarian Tea Infused Cuisine

The tea infused tofu and beancurd items are incredibly delicious. The menu has photos and clear descriptions of those items which may include egg or dairy and those which have vegan and non-vegan options.

I’ll definitely return to this restaurant!

The 烏龍燻干 (ウーロン茶燻製のゆばの細切り) Oolong Tea Smoked Tofu Pouch Julienne has a lovely smoky flavour that reminds me of the peaty Scotch Whiskey from the Isle of Skye.

The 椰絲百菇水蓮根 (水菜ときのこのココナッツ炒め) Stir-fried White Water SnowMakes with Mushrooms and Shredded Coconut is a lovely crunchy sautéed vegetable accompaniment for any meal.

The 老茶豆腐 Tofu with Tea Sauce is a delicious main which can be vegan.

The 牛蒡飯 (ごぼうの炊き込みご飯) Burdock Rice is a delicious vegan inexpensive rice to accompany the meal while providing excellent flavour and comfort.
