This place is located in a cool part of town in the bishop arts district. I really liked the setup of the place and they had a superstar vegan menu with lots of options. The sushi was delicious. The only downside that someone else pointed out is that they are a bit pricey.

Sushi restaurant with many vegan options - Edit
Has a separate "Green" (vegetarian/vegan) menu. Just have to ask for it! Has a bunch of rolls and several appetizers and other meals. Vegan options are clearly marked. (Beware: when they say the Green Dragon roll is "crazy spicy!" - they aren't kidding.)
